Does anyone know an AV program to scan for viruses on remote machines
(from a Linux machine to several Windows machines on the same LAN), I
am using CLAMAV for my Linux box but haven't found the way to

First,

You cannot assume that anything on your computer if you have a virus/Trojan
( which is sounds like more you have a RAT ( remote Acccess Trojan, like
Subseven, BO or a host of others) is not compromised. There is a number of
things this virus/trojan could have done, place a rootkit, use NTFS

Hmm. Are you absolutely sure it is a virus? Maybe you might want to
have your hw guys check it out. Also you might consider booting it with
a cd boot disk such as Helix.
