previous versions - i.e. no news.

The author exaggerates in the conclusions: "The Mac OS X Leopard firewall
failed every test." when his own testing shows otherwise!

Apple today released Xcode 2.5 Developer Tools which addresses potential buffer overflows in gdb and a potential elevation of privileges in WebObjects. Kevin Finisterre of Netragard is given credit for the WebObjects issue discovery.

These updates are only for Mac OS X 10.4 and 10.5.

Apple today released iPhone update version 1.1.1 which includes a number of security related updates.

The security portion of the update addresses a number of issues relating to Bluetooth, Mail and Safari.
