For the sheer number of people depending on Microsoft systems everyday you would think that ensuring their security would not take as long as it does. Patches shouldn't take months to be released after vulnerability information is discovered.

Can I instal a antivirusl on a computer that is already infected with a new virus? Also can I download and save it on a CD?...
