It is the responsibility of every citizen to ensure that the government does not outstep the boudaries of it's constitutional constraints. I have been out to the perimeter a few times, a couple of times with Chuck. The charges are so bogus - where is the proof that *he* was responsible for that device; esp. being on public land (or at least on BLM)?
