up until a couple of months ago rafa has been asking people to attack websites and people for him. Also hijacking online polls or filling them with fake votes. I dont see how he has been trying to be good, hanging out on darknet asking for new 0days so he can get back at people he dislikes....

Trust me all these people are guitly of is mass defacing with old IIS buffer overflow. Ask rafa and cowhead what bugs they have found and exploited. These people cannot even write 1 line of C code. Indeed they are the filth and scum that give real hackers a bad name....

Hopefully the courts will take into consideration his good deeds, but I agree with what the CPIU's director said, if he did the crime, he has to accept his punishment. However, I still think that his punishment shouldn't be pushed to the maximum, considering he is already in the process of reform....
