Software makers stand to lose significant market value whenever a flaw is found in their products, two university researcher said in a paper published on Friday.

i cant believe this. "Hey, this is really bad, when a company make bad product, people start to loose faith in them". In fact, i understand why it make some people nervous, consumer may realise how poor the overall quality of computer related products is....

That is true, but the question is why it does not applies so much to others?

Anyway, I think Bugs are overrated out there. Many non-IT non-SW companies have created defects ("bugs"?) that actually cause accidents that kill people (which is VEERY BAD), and they are still out there shining like alw...
