Why do we say steal proprietary information.... When we mean industrial espionage. We have laws that can work against espionage that are tougher then just theft.

I am wondering since they 'steal' don't they run somewhere in the background??? They still need to be somewhere sometimes acting??? Or not? I am interested in some sourcecode though just to know how this acts and works coz I think these types take far more advanced code than a normal trojan....

Trojans spread through email and Internet browsing - while an email scanner at the gateway level and strict security settings on the users' workstations do a good job, IP based blocking rules for most of the emails coming from Asia and parts of Europe made my life easier as network administrator....
