Worm spreading through Microsoft Plug-and-Play flaw

A worm started spreading on Sunday using a flaw in the Windows operating system's Plug-and-Play functionality, according to two security groups, who advised users to update systems using a patch released by Microsoft five days ago.

Microsoft has later released a separate Blaster-type Security Incident Web page "What You Should Know About Zotob" too:

On Monday FrSIRT (French Security Incident Response Team) decreased its rating to "Moderate Risk", i.e. 2/4. Today we know that SANS Internet Storm Center is at normal "Green" threat level too:
