Anyone know exactly what Daniel tried to do on the DEC site? The article refers to performing a directory traversal attack. It would be interesting to get more information on this. I totally agree that this is overkill. If that is all he's done, I am confident that half the pen-testers in the country are guilty of similar offenses....
