if he fails to convince the house of lords then he'll have lost his extradition fight.

Watching interviews of this guy he described the elusive technique that gained him such HIGH LEVEL access. He simply looked for rdp running on machines with username Administator and no password set. Why are the men in charge of these systems not being charged for gross neglect of duty?...
