Just to add to the FISMA items, most agency's that did get passing grades are just filling out paper work to make it look liked it passed.. FISMA is joke and just a paper work drill, it doesn't make your systems any more secure than they where. ...

I graduated in spring '05 with a master's degree in information security, paid for by a gov't scholarship. My obligation to the gov't is to work in an information security position for a federal agency for 2 years.

I have yet to work for the gov't, despite having sent out almost 100 applications ...
