Thoughts of a Teenage Bot Master

One day in May 2005, a 16-year-old hacker named "SoBe" opened his front door to find a swarm of FBI agents descending on his family's three-story house in Boca Raton, Florida. With an arm and leg in casts from a recent motorcycle accident, one agent grabbed his good arm while others seized thousands of dollars worth of computers, video game consoles and other electronics. His parents looked on.

These people can't be that intelligent... They do things from their home, with their real names. Its trivial to hide from investigations, encrypt all of your conversations, don't brag about things on IRC, etc. Getting the money in your hands is the hardest part....

They aren't that Intelligent, obviously because they got caught. The sad thing is the fact that the parents are facing the same thing as the parents in the inner city. This time their kids arent dealing drugs because its quick cash. They are doing computer crimes.
