Despite the director living in Florida, this company was based in Nevis - outside US jurisdiction. Is this a case of the directors getting light sentences for agreeing to be good or has the US authorities managed to enforce US rules on Nevis?...

In the past few months of investing, I have lost money with e-gold, due to the fact that those who receive the funds turn out to be dishonest theves them selves, and it is for this reason, that e-gold is in a lot of hot water ! ...
