"Monroe Doctrine"? "Cyber turf"? These are the wrong analogies entirely! The persistent use of metaphors like this is only get awful, harmful policy!

Unless the goal is to have the United States become a Hermit Kingdom even more isolated than North Korea.

I am not surprised that Microsoft and others are against the NSA being the point agency on cybersecurity.
