NEWS FLASH!!!!

Hackers do not go around waisting there time trying to CRACK AIM user accounts. Hackers are LIBERATORS of INFORMATION that is usefull! Most are non-destructive and the few that are aren't even hackers. They are CRACKERS or Script Kiddies!!!

You're missing the point. The spirit of hacking is exploration. In ANY field. Hackers are not 'Information Warriors' as much as curious minds. Finding bugs in AOL's naming system is not a waste of time....

This is hilarious. If I recall the true meaning of a hacker was one that programs, and explores the nooks and crannies of a program, and exploits it flaws to learn, as well as secure. So in essence, using AOL's client, and development tools to find a loop hole is more accurate the an illegal compu...

page in history? yea right, a hacker finds the holes, and perhaps uses it to get the one true screen name he chooses, ill even give them that much. but to mass hijack screen names... demotes you to kiddy status. Knowledge IS power, but self control must come along with that, or your just another lam...

The term hacking has been manipulated by the media and idiots, there are probably 1 or two real hackers on AIM. This huge HACKING problem was the result of leaked information, the whole reason people look for these little exploits is to show dominance. To think a teenager with self taught knowledge ...
