If innocent I hope he sues the pants of them for this type of harassment. As the judiciary moves further away from reality in an attempt to catch up with the electronic world others like our poor friend will suffer.

The interesting part of the story is how was he caught.

Usually crackers get caught by bragging, but what if they

keep their mouth shut?

The DoD and USA gov't is awfully friendly to hackers

and open source, too friendly.

Dont cooperate with them....
