Rofl, he probably thinks that the justice system, like *nix, is case sensitive. Really, he's either being an ass or he's an idiot or he knows nothing of the "real world."...

I couldn't agree more with "by Anonymous

Mar 19 2002 4:27AM". This guy needs to wake up and realize that a federal courtroom is not a chat room. Whether or not he recognizes the power and jurisdiction of the court he's in, he as a defendant needs to play by the rules by which he's bound as a citiz...

Actually he makes a somewhat valid point. There is no provision in the english language to allow one's name to be spelled in all capital letters. And yet government agencies insist on doing so. Is the entity JEROME HECKENKAMP the same as Jerome Heckenkamp? Proper english would say no, since names ar...

Actually, he has NO point. This is what happens when people use books that they buy from infomercials or cable access shows to help form their own defense. Capitalization DOES NOT affect the spelling, nor pronunciation of the young man's name. Therefore, whether I type it Dipshit Knight or DIPSHIT KNIGHT, the individual's name is still intact using the Roman alphabet inherited by the English language.

Unfortunately, this kid thinks he owns the world, just as he thought how "owned" other peoples' computers. He is about to learn a bitter lesson... one that will take him years to recover from. Judge Ware is a particular tolerant and fair judge. He's the one who heard the domain-theft case involvin...

Don't piss off Federal Judges. Municipal judges, maybe. State court judges, work real hard to be nice to 'em. Federal Judges - um, pretend they're God and remember you aren't.

And not all who are held in contempt of court really undestand what they're getting into.

Kudos to the poor kid for trying to make a scene but major penalty for early withdrawal. I suppose its in poor taste to try and call the US to the stand. I mean gosh. . . those lawyers spent so much money ...
