If you reply to the email it goes to "service (at) paypall (dot) com [email concealed]" which is clearly not paypal. They send me emails twice a day but I haven't given them any information. I have seen a growing increase of these emails and I'm quite surprise that there isn't any alerts being sent to the people who has a paypal account. I have reported this matter to several authorities but imagine that nothing will be done. It appears that most of the fraudulent websites are outside...

I had some fun and using ab sent 10,000 requests with random info to there cgi script.
The site is still there but the cgi is not....
