As much as I admire his vigilance and cunning, getting caught a SECOND time, pilfering people's bank accounts, is the last straw!...

The judicial system has to send a message. JuJu Jiang should be given a stiff sentence of no less than 10 years without parole. Otherwise other would be hackers will think the risk is minimal enough to risk being caught....
