Interesting because of the flimsiness of the application of the law here. The man was cited as a "cyberterrorist" because he had some victim's systems dial 911. It wasn't even a worm, but a script he sent only to some targetted individuals he disliked.

If this guy were a bit smarter he would known prank calling 9-1-1 is a crime. If he were just a bit smarter he would have made their boxes dial 1-900-sex-numbers.
