Another example of the laziness and desperation from our lawmakers

and government officials. Instead of trying harder to write applicable

legislation about the degrees of unauthorized use and access, or any

attempt to understand the phenomenon to a greater degree, they're

knee-jerking and trying...

I get spam email everyday from spammers who rape open mail relays, hide their identities through open wingate's and proxies, sign up fraudulent ISP accounts etc... Unfortunately, they can't control terrorism, international drug trade, drunk drivers, and the smuggling of ileagal aliens, so how are they going to stop "hostile code."
