Microsoft is considering automating the process of cleaning up systems infected by the Sasser worm, which spread like wildfire across the Internet over the weekend.

The fact that Micro-soft say's it's seen worse is what people are waiting for i gues (NOT!).

Sasser related vunerabilities are pretty critical and show the inherent problems hidden in the windows NT (New technology???) code base, at least the security bit of it, but problably the whole system. ...

Will Microsoft also acknowlege that they sat on the vulnerabilities for over 4 months before releasing the patch(s)? Will they also take some liability for those companies and individuals affected by the vulnerabilites before the patch was made available??
