There will be no end to this. The goverment and many corporations in America do not possess the skills or insight to stay on top of ever increasing technology.
One thing is for sure, there is no full proof security measure to keep data 100% safe. Corporations don't so much care about their client...
It's quite amazing to hear backup tapes were stolen from a car. Backup tapes for critical and important data should be kept in better way. So I mean that media carrier does not take a good care of it or they don't have the good process....
