Oh, they're getting close. The 2 taps are in Cedar Knolls, NJ and Kansas CIty, MO.

The primary being in NJ where you get not only ALL traffic crossing AT&T, but traffic going to ALL the Telco interconnects and ALL traffic as it feeds in/out to East :-)

Are we not quick to hang and make judgement in a country based on the rule of law, the presumption of inocense, and the requirement of evidence ( which is different than most countries).
