As you i'm sure know, this is not the first time the navy has "misplaced" its information. Now it includes recruits, people who aren't even in the navy yet? So much for the national standards the government has attempted to set up over the past few months.
I'm wondering why they do not use some encryption.
There are many interesting projects that create "stealing-immune" computers or OS's. Even in Linux there are many encryption-packages that have options not every commercial prg has.
Or maybe USNavy still uses MS software that becomes more and mo...
