I think it was more of a problem withthe list formating. It could/should have read "...software giants McAfee, and Symantec, which owns SecurityFocus".
I believe SecurityFocus is require to mention they are a child company of Symantec any tie they report on Symantec. It is some SEC regulation....

This is the best thing Microsoft could do. I work for an Internet Service Provider, and every other call about "My Internet and/or E-mail doesn't work" is solved by telling customers to uninstall McAfee/Norton and installing something that won't screw up their system like AVG, Avast! or Nod32. That ...
