Whether it's someone accidently exposing clientele information (AOL, Verizon) or whether it was gained through hacks, customers need to do something about their security issues fast.

Have any details about the method used in the breach been released? Insider/outsider, SQL injection, etc? I would be interested in knowing and I'm sure others are too....
