It's about time SecurityFocus concedes that the initial reports were in all probability a hoax. SF was very quick to report the alleged hack; it has taken them weeks to acknowlege the probable hoax.

I expected better of SF....

There is no solid proof that it is NOT a hoax... apple has not produced anything that shows they are NOT vulnerable. Would be happy if SF declared it a hoax with no technical detail? Then two months later an apple [atch shows up? I think not. ...

Where does this say hoax? I don't think many people are looking at the original video properly. I was always under the impression the Mac was just something used, but the problem was in a third-party driver that worked on Macs. Ever since this broke up until today, I wonder if people saw a different...
