Sounds difficult, and anyways, don't you need probably cause for a warrant? I know things are changing in the USA, but they haven't gotten rid of that particular control have they?...

Being a sexual predator should be probable cause enough. If they have a megans law making sex offenders register with local authorities and alert neighborhoods they move into why not expand that to websites as well.

Maybe you mean "probable cause"!! They would need that if they were going about it alone without the help of Myspace.
