Well, this incident just enforces Theo de Raadt's (OpenBSD founder) view about binary blobs being a security issue!

Here is Nvidia's official response

You can resolve the issue by adding this line:
=> Option "RenderAccel" "False"
...into the xorg.conf
OR
Updating the driver to version 1.0-8776
