Well-written, Rob. It's obvious from the transcript that there were blatant falsehoods in the testimony of prosecution "experts" and that the prosecution fundamentally misrepresented Julie Amero's actions on that day.

Some may criticize statements like "Amero did not do nothing" as outsider opin...

Thanks. Fixed the typo. Also specified that the sentence could be, of course, *up to* 40 years.

Actually, I read the transcript to show that the main focus of the prosecution's case was that she had actually clicked on the links to the porn sites to bring up the images. But in closing arguments, they threw out the "but if you really believe she was caught in a porn storm, find her guilty beca...

It also begs the question why the school district wasn't url filtering the class room systems in the first place. As many nation wide school systems do, which I personally believe is the proper course of action. As students are often mischievous. ...

I totally agree, where was the due diligence of the school to prevent access to pornographic sites? Granted URL filters aren't totally fool proof, at the very least they should have been in place. The school should be the one in the hotseat, not the teacher.

To the question as to why she didn't t...
