Its based on the solution from Verisign. ist called VIP. We use it at work for VPN access as well as ebay and paypay. It uses the shared token model....

As you mentioned in the article, I already have number generator for eTrade. I can foresee the day when I would have several of these fobs (I have hundreds of passwords). The Paypal key causes time and typing delays. It also blocks last minute snipes for Ebay purchases. No one will respond to solution or answer emails referencing bidding blocks....
