I would be ok with their statement if I was provided the logs of the compromised servers along with any other information that might lead to the individuals that now have my info, if someone has my personal information, then that principle should work both ways.

I agree. But the challenge in most of such cases is to prove that the identity theft has happened this particular breach.

So by contacting all the affected parties in this breach, Monster is satisfying the legal requirements!!...

*snikker* Monster promises to only hand over everything they know about you to folks whose check clears now. I posted a resume to Monster once, every response was a scam or come-on of some type. That was in 2001. I see little has changed....
