So does this mean the next set of suits will go after Lavasoft and Patrick Kolla for Ad-Aware and Spybot Search & Desstroy? Since both of those programs identify and remove 180search as spyware? If these idiots keeping making junk people will just turn around and find ways of killing it.

installs software that spies on youand collect a

lot of private data on users. Mostof the software

is installed after the user allows installation

because they "simply" overlooked the disclaimer.

Company policy where I work specifies any 180solutions software is to be treated as a virus infection and immediately removed. Hoorah! for Zone Labs and their treatment of these suspicious pieces of malware. I also agree with the earlier suggestion of calling it Potentially Unwanted/Unsafe Softwar...
