Phishing e-mails concerning the IRS can be forwarded to:

phishing (at) irs (dot) gov [email concealed]

(This address was found on their website. I have received a number of these phishing messages, and have forwarded them to this address.)

if people would use white-listed eMail security all this phishing and spamming would end abruptly

perhaps we need Federal Law requiring eMail providers to offer customers the option to white-list their accounts.

white-listed eMail rejects any message that references an un-known sender.
