Does anybody know how advanced mainstream China is with deploying IT resources at the corporate level? Considering that this is a communist nation would mean a majority of it's markets are owned by it's government. That would likely mean their IT policies or lack thereof would stretch across many...
Sure it is possible the "hacker community" maybe bouncing through the Chinese systems, but how likely is that theory when information stolen from the US Government is found somewhere on the Internet, but is now translated in Mandarin? (I.E. The Defense in Depth slide).......
