looking at the post on the Juniper site, it is in fact related to Automated Teller Machines. I'm curious about the connection between Juniper and ATMs though, I don't know enough about what they do to understand the connection.

Juniper also has a security research team as do most product vendors, and just because your companies main focus isn't security researchit doesn't mean employees can't research on their own or have the expertise...

Are you sure Juniper is talking about Automated teller machine???? I think the article missmatch teh concepts, mixing
-Automated teller machine, a cash dispenser or cash machine
-Asynchronous Transfer Mode, a telecommunications protocol used in networking.
