"Black Hats Prefer to use all systems".
I like to use Linux, but I also like to use NT/2000.
What about ISS scanner ?
What about Retina ?
What about Resource Kit of Win systems ?

Nessus also doesn't take for granted that a service is what it advertises itself as being. Upside--your vulnerability scans will correctly identify the known unpatched risks. Downside--triple the time for a scan....
