Agreed. I don't think that I want someone else deciding who should be allowed to connect to my ISP, other than my ISP of course. Excluding people because you don't care for their business practices is a slippery slope....

If someone doesn't put a stop to Internet activity that harms everyday users we run the risk of a Wild West syndrome. At least in the United States, ISPs are NOT protected as Common Carriers, nor are they required to carry the traffic of the net's bad seeds. It would be a crucial step backward if they were.
