Government does have its responsibility, even though the internet world is borderless. As every region got its police or law enforcement, there should be a protocol to rectify the collaboration among all countries.

In my opinion, why blame them, we should retaliate and then they can "suspect" us. The real problem isn't them attacking our systems, it's lack of security in our nations infrasturcture. I'm tired of hearing about chinese attackers, please find something new to write about.

Yes, a huge part of the problem is lack of security in our own nation's infrastructure, but AGAIN, even our own country gets away with the do nothing attitude because of the lack of defined areas of responsibility.
