Yeah, but why reduce the privileges of the admin accout?

I'nt it better to just make a new, restricted user. Then log on as that user? Then if you need admin privileges, (as you may often do.. ) then just use runas to change the user running that application. Though, you need to keep in mind, that...

Yeah in unix just su to another user before using firefox. I've always had a user account called "webbrowse", because a zeroday sploit in my browser could potentially eat my ~ directory and that'd be bad. So why not sudo to webbrowse and run mozilla through that? What's the worse that can happen...

MS04-011 security update seems to screw this up giving error:

"The procedure entry point SaferCreateLevel could not be located in the dynamic link library ADVAPI32.dll"

Has anyone else had this error?...
