At least one more good article about a real security and not about burrowing deeper into the lawyers' ass... There's NO any "innocent third party" who was used to attack you - it's GUILT because of leaving the system opened for subvertions. There's no "steal from one who stealed something from you" ...

The only MAJOR issue I had with this article was your statement very early on that many hackers are very curious. That is true, but only, for the most part, of script kids and non-objective-driven hackers. Real hackers that want to GET something from your system don't go randomly executing binary fo...
