VPNmonitor is a Java application for observing network traffic. Its purpose is to stress the deficiency in wireless secure connections. Messages sent between computer nodes are graphically represented. VPN connections (PPTP and IPSec) and SSL connections (HTTPS) are shown in different colors, and messages that are not of the above types are dumped onto the screen. Connection statistics are collected during the monitor session.
COMbust is a tool for testing ActiveX/COM/DCOM components on the Windows platform. It enumerates the interfaces provided by the components and uses intelligent fuzzing to automatically exercise component functionality for testing. It can quickly find security vulnerabilities due to improper input validation.
Port scanning, packet sniffing, vulnerability scanning, sniffer detection, packet construction, active/passive OS fingerprinting, network monitoring, session hijacking, intrusion detection, and more--Trinux gives you the power of Linux security tools without requiring a full-blown Linux install or the need to download, compile, and install a complete suite of security tools that are typically not found in mainstream distributions.
Fire & Water
NT OBJECTives developed the Fire & Water Toolkit with one mission in mind -- to build an integrated toolkit that bridges the wide gap between current technologies available. Fire & Water is a quick, easy, and cost-effective way to: - discover and map network architecture - highlight web servers vulnerable to hackers and worms - protect against the highest-risk web vulnerabilities - provide comprehensive HTML reporting, with data trending to management Fire & Water offers the most advanced capabilities available in order to ensure accurate security information and reduce false positives. For more detailed information about Fire & Water, download the datasheet.
Java Object Inspector
The Java Object Inspector is used for testing client Java applications or applets which talk to the server with serialized Java objects. This tool is inserted into a Java application to inspect and modify member variables of live Java objects before they are streamed to the network.
