WMVault was designed to manage my multiple logins and passwords. You can use the built-in password generator or enter your own for for safe storage of encrypted passwords. Validation and expiry rules, with optional logging support, is also available. WMVault also has a general purpose drag and drop file encryption utility, that you could use for email, with the option to automatically add the password and filename to WMVault, so that you can recall it later. WMVault is built on Microsoft's CryptoAPI, which is provided as a part of Windows 95 and NT 4.0. Encryption is done with RC4 and MD5 cypher and hash routines. If the operating system is upgraded, or your version of windows uses a higher grade of encryption(eg the US export restricted version of NT) then WMVault will automatically use the latest(stronger) version of encryption.
