It combines many of the features found in tcpdump, ngrep, tcptrace, dsniff (and its webspy and urlsnarf), pfilt, macof, and xpy. It also allows users to simply add their modifications via a plug-in system. It is able to do such things as passive operating system detection/fingerprinting and has enough artificial intelligence to watch streaming packets and then create it's own packets to do various things in the connection such as killing open TCP connections within any connection on the local network, going in our out of the network. KDE Dwarf Port Scanner Added 2001-10-22 Kdps is a port scanner designed for KDE. It features user-defined ports and a port saving facility so that you don't have to re-enter the ports every time you re-run the program. Port Scanner Added 2001-10-22 Port Scanner will try to connect on every port you define for a particular TCP/IP address. If a connection is made, it will try to read the first 100 bytes returned (if any). NDiff Added 2001-10-22 NDiff compares two nmap scans and outputs the differences. It allows monitoring of your network(s) for interesting changes in port states and visible hosts. Viewing results in this manner eliminates the need to sift through voluminous raw scan output in search of the few noteworthy differences. It should be useful to network administrators, security analysts, and other interested parties who need to monitor large networks in an organized fashion. Multiscan Added 2001-10-22 Multiscan is a simple portscanner coded in c, which allows you to scan a range of ip addresses. CompaqInsightManager Check & DoS Added 2001-10-22 Checks for the compaqInsightManager webserver which runs on port 2301. -Shows info of the host running the CIM. -Tries to get the 'SAM._' backup-file. -Got a 'DenialOfService' option. Source available in PERL-script. Ported to Win32executable by perl2exe. Atelier Web Security Port Scanner Added 2001-10-22 AWSPS features a very comprehensive set of tools, some of them unique, for in-depth assessment of Network Security: * High-speed TCP Connect scanning engine, with adjustable maximum number of simultaneously opened ports and no-connection time-out adjustment. * High-speed TCP Syn scanning engine for Windows 2000 platforms with TCP/IP and ICMP packet capture, report on pen/Retransmits, Close, Filtered ports, ICMP packet decoding and much more. * Fast reliable UDP Port scanner with intelligent test probing of ports to confirm whether the host is up. * State-of-the-art NetBIOS scanner (AWSPS Professional only). * Unique Mapping of Ports to applications feature (Ports Finder). * Local Connections and Listening Ports instant report. * Local TCP, UDP and ICMP statistics instant report. * Local Active Routes, DNS Servers and Persistent Routes. * Local IP Statistics/Settings instant report. * Local Transport Protocols/Winsock Service Providers list and details. * Local Addressing information table. * Local Net to media information table. * Local Interfaces Statistics/Settings instant report. * Local Network related Local Registry settings. * Comprehensive Local Area Network information, including NetBIOS Names, LANA, Shares, Security Information, Groups/Users and running Services. * The most complete TCP/UDP ports database. * Full-featured Time synchronyzer according to SNTP (RFC 1769), TIME TCP (RFC 868) and TIME UDP (RFC 868). Spoofaudit Added 2001-10-22 A simple perl client/server based auditing tool that tries to make a inventory of the missing anti spoofing rules between two testpoints on different networks. Distributed Port Scanner Added 2001-10-22 Distributed Port Scanner consists of a server that controls clients and tells them what port on the target machine to scan. Tcp-Tool Added 2001-10-22 Browse by category |
