Long prison term for Lowe's wi-fi hacker

A 21-year-old Michigan man was sentenced to nine years in federal prison Wednesday in federal court in Charlotte, North Carolina for his role in a failed scheme to steal credit card numbers from the Lowe's chain of home improvement stores by taking advantage of an unsecured wi-fi network at a store in suburban Detroit.

that term was to long compared to enrons debacle amd the hedge fund injuction stopping there investors from pulling out there money . i agree wholely wrong company and wrong judge ,they said ti could of resulted in great loss'es , you dont hang a man for almost killing some one do you ?? drug dealers dont get near that time and they sell to our future as in kids , sothis is a statement lowes is putting out dont mess with us cause we have the pull to make you pay bad
