get real. if you put this in perspective, MS servers a huge number of users- most of which poses little to no computing experience. They managed to succesfully roll out a firewall app to these users with little disruption. The aggregious flaw you reference effects a very small number of users and is now fixed. I am sure there will be others but they are on the right path doing the right things.

ever try rolling out new apps to thousands of users? How about Millions? Think about it...
