It States Right in that Web Page if you know how to Read that "There are also several situations in which these rights do not apply:
Computer programs". Please correct me if i am wrong but an XBOX (Created by Microsoft) is a computer. Hence that would make any media that is placed into the XBOX and Ran a computer Program.
In addition, there are millions of game mods all over the internet. From Adventure games, Racing games, Card games, and Simulators.....
I think that this game company should be more concerned with people pirating there software than people modding it.
