If these guys were selling the content, I'd be 100% behind the company, saying they should sue.
But in this case, they were winning all around. You had to even OWN the game to do any mods. In my opinion, the smart thing would have been to offer these guys a little sponsorship and have them clean it up a little in exchange. Meaning no more nude skins but allow them to continue the custom content. Look at how The Sims community has grown with the support of EA (And if evil EA can do this why can't Techmo?)
