Dunno if USA has "moral rights". But if I create something here in Canada, then in the USA it has moral rights, by treaty, even if the is no (other) law.
An interesting thing is those rights is: they are non-tranferable. If the USA is the same then Temco doesn't own the moral rights to the artwork. The creator(s) do.
(Alternately if the USA doesn't allow its citizens those rights, but the artwork was created outside the USA (in a treaty country) then the (foreign) creator defintely owns those rights.)
Yeah that is BS. But don't blame the messenger.
